MATICLINESIMPLIFY YOUR PRODUCTION

Turnkey bottled water production lines

Bottled water production lines that start with the water itself.

We analyse your source before we select a single machine, then engineer treatment, bottling and packing around it, for spring, mineral and purified water.

What you can produce

Water products for every channel

Retail shelves, offices and homes, hotels and events each need a different pack. One plant can serve several of them.

Spring / mineral

Natural spring water

Gentle treatment that keeps the natural mineral profile of a protected source.

PET bottlesGlass
Purified

Purified drinking water

Borehole or municipal water treated to a consistent, clean taste, with optional remineralisation.

19 L returnable jars

Rinse, fill and cap lines for returnable jars used in homes, offices and dispensers.

The production line

Eight stages from source to sealed pack

The treatment stages are selected from your water analysis (see our water treatment plants); the bottling stages from your pack sizes and output.

  1. Water analysis

Laboratory analysis of your source: minerals, hardness, iron, microbiology and seasonal variation.

  2. Pre-treatment

Multimedia and activated carbon filtration, and softening where needed, to protect the stages that follow.

  3. Purification

Ultrafiltration for spring water, or reverse osmosis for purified water, with optional remineralisation for taste.

  4. Disinfection

UV and ozone treatment, with stainless steel storage designed for hygiene.

  5. Bottle blowing

PET preforms blown in-house into bottles, cutting transport and storage costs for empty bottles.

  6. Rinse, fill, cap

Monoblock rinsing, filling and capping in a clean, enclosed zone.

  7. Inspect & label

Fill-level and cap inspection, labelling and date coding.

  8. Pack & palletise

Shrink wrapping into multipacks and palletising, ready for distribution.

Large volumes, multiple lines

Each Maticline line is engineered below 30,000 bottles per hour. Higher requirements are met with several dedicated lines, which keeps production running when one line is down for maintenance or a format change.

Process before equipment

Why water producers choose Maticline

  • Analysis before equipmentTwo sources can need completely different treatment. We design from your water, not from a standard package.
  • Taste that stays the sameControlled treatment keeps taste and quality consistent through the dry and rainy seasons.
  • Total cost, not purchase priceEnergy, water recovery, spare parts and downtime decide your real cost per bottle. We engineer for all of them.
  • Certified equipmentWater treatment and bottling lines built under ISO 9001 and CE certification.
  • Local supportInstallation, operator training, spare parts and optimisation from our teams in Africa.

A common mistake

Buying the cheapest line first

A low-priced line chosen without a water analysis often struggles with the real source: filters clog, membranes foul, taste drifts and the brand loses trust.

Starting from the analysis costs less over the life of the plant, because the line is built for the water it actually treats.

Frequently asked questions

Bottled water line questions

What does a turnkey bottled water plant include?

Water analysis, water treatment, bottle blowing, a rinse-fill-cap monoblock, inspection, labelling, coding and shrink packing, plus installation, commissioning and operator training.

What capacity can a Maticline water line reach?

Each line is engineered below 30,000 bottles per hour. Higher volumes are produced on several dedicated lines, which keeps output running during maintenance or format changes.

Can one plant produce both small bottles and 19 L jars?

Yes. Small PET bottles and 19 L returnable jars run on separate filling lines that can share the same water treatment plant.

Do you install and support lines in West Africa?

Yes. Maticline has teams in Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Tanzania for installation, training, spare parts and after-sales service.
